Precision’s tech was friendly, on time, and repaired my garage door. I learned a lot about why my door was not working properly. In addition to replacing the springs,some of the parts were previously improperly installed. The tech also gave me great maintenance pointers. My springs replacement also incudes a great warranty. I will definitely call on Precision again for any future garage door updates or repairs.

I picked your service because of the shot waiting period. The person who answered the phone was professional, obviously knew the phonetic alphabet and easily understood. I am hearing challenged. The technician was friendly, competent and neat.
