He provided multiple options for the repair and quickly started the repair upon my confirmation of the work he was to perform. He finished the job within a reasonable time and explained the work he completed. I appreciate his attention to detail. This is my first garage door repair and will definitely use Precision Door Service in the future.

Tim did a great job. Most important you had same day service for me. Great that you could get it taken care of. The door would not stay closed. Printed out a $15 dollar coupon that I forgot to use; but thats OK because of the good service, you deserve it. Precision repaired our garage door, upgrading it to a torsion spring system. The technician arrived even earlier than promised on a Sunday (at no extra charge), and the work was done quickly at a fairly reasonable price.

Everything happened as planned very professional but when I went to throw something away in my trash bin it was full. Trash was just picked up this morning so it would have been nice if you would take your trash with you opposed to leaving it on my premises.
