Tom was great. In a matter of moments he new the issue and how to fix it. He also had the necessary items to complete the job in about and hour. The additional service of lubing and adjusting the door was above and beyond what I thought would be completed. I never heard him open my garage door when he was done. There is no question, I will call Precision Door for future service.

The technician, Ryan T., arrived on time as promised. He was very polite and did his job well. Appearence was neat and clean. Didn’t waste time, got right to work and completed the job. Will definately call you again when the need arises. The price of the “service call” was a little steep, as we had the work completed right then. Maybe knocking more off the service call, or eliminating that charge all together, if the work is completed at that time. My 89 yr old mother is on a very tight budget and the cost was pretty high for her. Excellant work. The door works wonderful. Thank you!!

Three hours after the spring broke, it’s fixed. I called right away, you send John right away, and it’s as good as new. He found some other issues with the door and recommended a few pieces be replaced, but he explained why. He also told me about a few other things, but he was honest and said he didn’t think those items needed replaced. Cost was a little pricier than I expected, but for such speedy and great service, I don’t mind paying a little extra.
