We had used your service 6-5-08 & were pleased with the work. This time we had a $20 coupon & forgot to use it, since we didn’t know that we had to replace the whole opener.

Quickly diagnosed my garage door opener problem. I was given an estimate to replace the garage door opener and decided to go with a system that was of much lower cost and compatible with the other garage door.

I had another local company repair my broken garage door springs since 2008 in a new build. Since that time I have had four broken springs which I thought was unusual. After researching and talking to neighbors this didn’t sound normal so I decided to have another company look at my problem. I found Precision Door from an internet search and read about the 25 point inspection and same day service. I called and they came out within 3 hours. Eric took the time to explain to me why the springs kept breaking and also noticed some of the hinges were cracked and one completely broke. Not to mention some bearings were wearing out. At no time did the other company mention nor looked at these other main components, they replaced the spring and left. I feel confident now that this garage door is fixed right this time and even have a 3 year warranty on parts. I would definitely recommend Precision Door if you want it done right the first time with qualified technicians.

Found you on Google search of garage doors. Unlike 3 other companies that I found, only your company offered a call in free estimate request instead of online for me to fill out. I talked to your office first, great helpful person answered the phone, appointment scheduled.for the next day. Tim called on the scheduled day to verify directions (Pataskala versus Reynoldsburg area….not a problem, we’re in weird little area) He showed up promptly, was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Other 3 companies…yeah one called back so far, 2 days after my call and appt scheduled for 2 more days later. Last 2 companies..MIA. And you top it off with an email thank you we appreciate your business and a survey. You seem to have a great company. We are going to get the other quote, but we are definitely leaning more to your company.
