I chose Precision to repair our garage door because they were located close to our home & they belonged to the Powell Chamber. They were able to schedule an appointment based on my busy schedule & even called to come earlier than the expected time. Gregg performed a tune-up/maintenance on our door & repaired the issues we were having with our opener quickly & efficiently. The door is so quiet now that it sounds like it’s brand new! I would definitely use Precision again in the future should we have any further garage door issues.

We called Precision because we had them before and they did a fine job. This time they responded on emergency basis, at 8pm, were very friendly, assessed the problem, resolved it, and left within 30 min. The technician was John Manning, very capable, explained everything, and offered some tips for long term. This is the type of experience you want for these problems. Will definitely call them again if we have any problems.

The woman who took my information, told me the service call was $55.00. Because I was looking in the phone book, the ad read, $15.00 off with this ad. Eric put the service call at $70.00 and took $15.00 off.

Not only Tim was professional he was personable. Very friendly. He came out to repair my garage door spring. And he looked at the door and came me his professional opinion.
