Two of the panels on my door had been damaged and have small tears, which caused the door to bind while going up and down. I was worried that I’d have to replace the door but Alex quickly threw on a brace which fixed the issue. He also made various adjustments and lubed everything up. I’m very happy they could get it fixed so quickly and for a very reasonable price. It definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing door service.

My technician was so patient and polite. I was 10 minutes late unfortunately but he was so understanding. He was efficient and went over and beyond lubricating the tracks on the door and he even did something that eliminated the loud noise the door would make when it opened and closed. I also love that they answerred the phone after a couple rings and got someone out same day. They sent an appointment confirmation email and it listed all the technicians with pictures so you’re aware of who is coming to service your request. I was impressed by their concern for their customers safety. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again.
