The service to replace a broken garage door spring was outstanding. The technician came within the requested time frame, replaced the spring in a short amount of time, was friendly, showed us our options, and fixed only what we asked to be fixed. There was no pressure to get more done, and we were left with the confidence to call Precision back for future garage door projects and/or service repairs.

I called at 10:00 am; installed by Tim by 2:00 pm. Excellent unit, quiet with great warranty. I would recommend them for repairs and new installation. It’s nice when people do what they say they will do.

Derek and David came promptly on Labor Day after I called the night before. It was not emergency, but I appreciated getting my garage door to open. They showed me how to open/close the manual opener in the future and they serviced the springs, tightened bolts, and lubricated all parts. I’m all set for the next power outage, which happens frequently lately.

Called in the afternoon and a technician was able to come out the next day. The problem was quickly identified & the repair was made. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the prompt service.

We had a broken spring in the garage on a Sunday morning. We didn’t know if anyone would be open but sure enough Precision Garage Doors were and they came to us in the evening which was the time we had requested. The technician educated us as to what was wrong and helped fix the door within an hour. The service was excellent and the technician even helped lube the other garage door and fix the keypad at a small charge. Overall it was a very satisfying experience and I would recommend them whole- heartedly to anyone.
