Precision was great. I called Saturday an hour before they closed and I had an appointment for the next day. Tom was my technician and he was great. He was early and was friendly. The work he had to do was done fabulously and he went above and beyond programming all the remotes, keypad, and opener in my car. I will highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work on their garage.

Tim immediately found the problem causing my remote openers to work intermittently and fixed it right away. He checked the remotes at several distances before he left. I could tell by his behavior that he knew what he was doing.

Our garage door was popping up when we tried to close it. We expected the opener would need to be replaced. First he checked the existing cables, tracks, sensors, etc. He adjusted a sagging cable and the opening height. He found the track was shimmying and suggested adding a stabilizing bracket. The adjustments and new bracket fixed the problem for little more than the cost of a service call. When we actually do need a replacement, we will call Precision again.

I had a spring replace. Although I was surprised that Precision did not handle the type of spring I had, the technician was very courteous, professional, precise and fast !! Nice job. I would certainly recommend your company to others.

The service call was prompt and our technician efficient. In fact he called and inquired about coming early as he was running ahead of schedule. Our garage was repaired within an hour of his arrival. I would definitely use precision again if the need arises.

Made appointment Saturday before midnight. Door was fixed by 2:30 Sunday. Excellent service for a holiday weekend.
