I needed a minor adjustment on my opener which was installed about two months ago. The technician called and arrived about two hours early because he noticed (correctly) that it might be more convenient for me. The adjustment took only a few minutes, and the service technician elected to call this part of the installation process and waived all charges. Not only am I impressed with the level of service that he provided, I also am impressed with the authority that this company gives its technicians.

This was a pleasantly painless experience. Making the appointment was easy (I got a live person on the phone at 6:30pm on a weeknight), their availability was great (they offered next-morning service but I went with Saturday to not miss work and that wasn’t an extra fee), and I got email confirmation (including pictures of the possible technicians). The technician, who was nice and professional, called on their way and arrived right at the beginning of the 9-11am appointment range, gave me two estimates based on whether I wanted to upgrade to a different spring type, took just over an hour to do the repair (which included spring replacement and straightening a damaged panel so it didn’t have to be replaced), and added/replaced a few older small parts to get the door in overall better shape without changing the final cost. Overall, this was one of the most stress-free repair services I’ve ever had.

As usual, I am very please with the speed of getting a technician to my home ASAP. I purchased garage door opener in June. I have had problems with door not going down/shutting. We hope by switching the sensors today this will work! The technician was going to check to see if you had covers that would work with protecting sensors. I hope he is able to check and give me feedback.

The tech did a great job and stayed late to get it done. He was very polite and efficient.
