Springs broke friday evening and I was able to get an appt the next day. Technician was on time, courteous and informative. After assessing the situation, he quoted prices and performed the repair work. The problem was taken care of within an hour.

We had an emergency situation on Labor day weekend. I made a call to Precision, they sent a represenative( Alana), she then called and had a reparman( Tyler) come out. He was able to do the repair on the spot!!! This was all done in a matter of 6 Hours from the time I called to a finished job! WOW!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Right now I am feeling buyers remorse because I feel I paid way too much for what I received. I should have compared prices. I paid $940 for their cheapest springs ( only one year warranty), two cables and a couple of brackets. I feel like I paid hundreds over what it should have cost. The Installer was polite, timely and courteous but I am mad at myself for not just saying no and doing my due diligence and getting other estimates.
