Gary L. showed up on time. Was most courteous. He explained all the repairs necessary. He replaced our springs, rollers, cables, shaft, and bearings. Gary gave different prices for different materials. Then proceeded to fix the problems fast and efficiently. I cannot recommend precisian door service or Gary L. high enough and will recommend them to anyone who asks if they need a repair.

I was very happy with my experience. Derek arrived when he said he would, he was very polite and courteous, he was knowledgeable about what needed done to fix my door, and he explained the different options available clearly and straightforward.

The technician was timely, courteous and knowledgeable, He replacey the torsion spring and rollers. He then straightening the rails which were poorly done by the builder. I thought they were a bit high price wise. It was a Saturday morning and was done by 2:00. So it was worthwhile. When the time comes to replace the opener I will call them again
