Garage spring broke during the evening. Precision was able to get to me on the schedule the next day and perform the necessary repairs. Also completed an inspection of all components of the garage door and recommend some other items to consider and things to watch going forward. Bonus was Derek was a hoot to work with, quick and professional with the repair.

Tim Jr. was the tech assigned to fix my garage door issues. He was professional & extremely knowledgeable in garage door repair. Tim fixed my door within 15 minutes where other repair companies could never truly diagnosis the problem. Great work, Precision Garage Door will always have my business from here on out!

Our technician was Tim Jr. We have never met such a polite individual as Tim. He explained all actions that he would take clearly and asked if we had any questions. Told us how long it would take and was right up to the minute. I don’t know if all personnel at Precision Door are trained this way but if they are it would be a pleasure to deal with them. We hate to spend money of any type but his actions made it a pleasure.

Whoo hoo! This process was seamless! As well the broken up payments were a life saver & very much appreciated! The best part of the day was my service tech, Dmitri. He was not only pleasant but incredibly kind & courteous. He identified the issue & went to work straight away. He even took the extra time to look at the single bay door which was acting wonky that your company also installed in 2010.
