I needed the springs replaced(broken) and a new bottom seal replaced. The tech explained all my options saying the door showed no rust and would last, unless of course I ran into it!! So I purchased the parts to change out and a 10 yr warranty thrown in. So I think it will be worry free for at least 10 yrs since we don’t use it a whole lot, reducing the # of revolutions on the springs. The tech did a great job for me; didn’t know he was out there.

Our garage door broke Monday morning — Jason was out to see us the next day. He was great – explained things, walked me through the check-up (what was working, what wasn’t), quickly identified the cause of the problem and gave us options. Parts were on the truck – so door was fixed and working within an hour. Jason was friendly and helpful. Great service and will definitely call them again when and if we need a fix!
