My appointment was scheduled for between 4pm and 8pm. Needless to say I was extremely surprised when I received a call from Jonathon Swartz at about 2:45 asking if it was okay for him to come as soon as he could get here. When he got here he diagnosed the issue. Showed me what the problems were, explaining everything, unlike the install company. Had everything needed to fix the problem and was gone before my 4pm appointment time. Very professional and if there are ever any other problems with my garage door, Precision is the only place I will call.

When my garage door stopped working, Precision was there the next day. The technician was great. He didn’t just tell me what was broken- he showed me. Gave me a number of options to save money. Replaced our 32-year-old motor, changed the springs, fixed some broken hinges. The door is now so quiet and smooth we are shocked. It has NEVER been this quiet. Our dog always wakes up when I open and close the garage door to leave in the morning. She slept right through this morning.

Wonderful customer service! We got an appointment quickly – Kane was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to fix our issues right away and walked us through everything he did afterwards.
