David inspected the door, made a few recommendations and repaired the door per my request. He also gave me some tips on the upkeep of garage doors. We were very happy with the job that Precision performed on our garage door. The main spring broke at 2:00 in the afternoon leaving us with a garage door that would not close. We were looking for information and pricing for a keypad on the outside of our garage that operates the garage door. I got a rough price on the phone from Kelsey, and she said they could have a technician out that afternoon. He’d look at it and give me an exact price. Derek came, looked at our setup, and gave me a price that was right in the range Kelsey had estimated. I gave Derek the go ahead and it took him a very short time to get everything up and running.
