I want to shout out to Lashad Lake for the fantastic job he did replacing my garage door opener and putting in a new keypad. He came on the same day I called which was great as I am a new customer. I got your name from my neighbor; in fact Lashad also repaired her garage door. Lashad was very professional and I felt very comfortable while he was here as I live by myself. He also programmed my car door opener as I am not able to drive my car at the moment.

Jason very impressed with how helpful, very polite & extremely knowledgeable he was. Jason did a garage door repair that required a lot of work, very efficient & quick! I will totally recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. The price was less expensive than I thought it would be.

The whole process from the start was very easy. Tom was my scheduled technician. He called soon after my initial call to Precision. He gave me an estimated time, and arrived a few minutes early. Columbus was on a level 2 snow emergency which Precision still made the appointment without issues. Tom was very professional and explained several options for me to choose from. He gave me an estimated time to finish which he was accurate on. Excellent workmanship. Door works much better and quieter than before. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing Garage door service.

Had a spring break. Came out the next day (Sunday) and replaced springs. Very friendly Tech – gave info about what he would do. When finished, of course the garage door went up and down fine, and was very quiet, too. Great Job.
