Sarah was amazing…she helped us navigate options and made it easy to say yes, going the extra mile to call and get our order in before close. And my car was trapped in our garage- Dustin came out and got that out safely. What a relief. I’d highly recommend this company.

Called about installing a keypad for garage door. Came the same day I called and Dimitri was very efficient and professional

The technician that was sent to inspect my garage door was Michael Bowman and he did an excellent job to explain what needed done and he then he stayed and did the work. I wish all technicians or repair personnel would be as profession as he was. If I would have any problems I will ask for him

I am very pleased with the service I received. Tim confirmed my diagnosis of the problem with my garage door. He did the work and even lubricated the tracks of the door. It was a great experience. I will call them whenever I have garage door problems.

Your technician Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He presented 3 potential levels of fixing the issue. But rather than go with the cheapest and quickest fix. We chose the option with the best long term potential for safety and security. Jason’s honesty and professionalism is refreshing in today’s world. Kudos to him and your team!

I would like to say some good Things about Dmitri S. He was very Polite and Knowledgeable with all the Garage Door Openers and took the time to go over each. He took a little least than hour with the install and then went over everything. He called ahead and came earlier than I Had expected and that worked out great. He also installed keypad. This is the second time I have used you guys and was very pleased each time.

I would highly recommend Precision garage door service. Our technician was Kayne, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and had our door fixed in no time. When he left we felt that our family had made a new friend.
