Dustin was very polite and friendly. Fortunately for me he arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He went out to the garage and inspected the spring, shaft, and bearings. Advised me what it would take to fix and didn’t try to sell me a lot of things I didn’t need. Proceeded to replace the spring and had it repaired in about a half an hour. He is a very professional employee and I highly recommend him.
