A part on my garage door was broken. One call to Precision put me in touch with a service person who scheduled me for service the next day. I was given a choice of 2-hour openings. The technician called to let me know he was on the way and showed up promptly. He immediately spotten the problem and had the correct part on his truck; he told me what the cost would be. He fixed the problem quickly and demonstrated to me a door that opened and closed properly and was secure. I paid with my credit card on site. I appreciate the technician–his knowledge and personal approach–and Precision for their realistic TV ads (using real employees, not actors). I will refer friends to Precision.
