He was courteous and professional in delivering service with a smile the entire time he was fixing my problem. He was patient and answered my questions. Adam provided me with a prioritized, itemized list of services required for service after his full evaluation. This allowed me to understand what was critical at the time for service and not required to do everything during that service call to stay within my budget. The garage door opener for my wife’s car did not work this AM. I called Precision and Dustin was there my the afternoon. He was the epitome of a professional, helpful, and nice person who put in a new garage door opener. He deserves an A+ for his work and we were fortunate to get him. I previously had someone come out a quote me to repair my garage door cable and it was extremely high. So I gave these guys a call to get another opinion, and they had availability the next day to get me in. When Pat got here he took a look and gave me a MUCH lower cost. He also provided me with multiple options to choose between, depending on what I wanted. He was able to get it done that day in a great amount of time and now my garage door is working perfectly. I highly recommend Pat and this company!
