The spring on our door broke on a Monday evening and they were able to send someone first thing Tuesday morning. He arrived on time, was very friendly and got the job done quickly. He also noted a couple things to watch for in the next year but didn’t put any pressure on me to pay extra and fix them now, and I appreciated the honesty. Frankly, there are other companies who could do the repair for less, but I knew I’d be getting it done quickly and correctly by a company who stands behind their work, and that makes paying a little more worth it to me.

Warranty work as the light wasn’t syncing to the opener. James was professional and answered all my questions and showed me how to reset. Definitely recommend this company as both the technician I have met have been fantastic.
