Joshua Walker did an excellent job installing my new garage door opener. He is professional and friendly. He explained all of my options to me after his initial inspection. When he was finished he showed me everything he had done and explained the new system to me and took the time to answer any questions I had.

First, I must say that I’m an 83 year old woman who realized that a Genie system purchased in January, 2023 was ever-so- slowly opening and closing the door. While the house lights were on as expected, the door itself was relying on its battery. Referring to the ‘manual’ for Trouble-shooting’ the problem, I called Precision expecting a repair or adjustment to the Genie. Dustin arrived on time & thoroughly examined the system explaining as he worked. Then, he politely asked to see the ‘fuse box’. Now you know the rest of the story!! Yep. I had 2 springs replaced covered under warranty. Thomas Timmons was the technician who came out to work on our springs. He was very helpful and I was very pleased with his service.
