The door works now. They replace a spring and charged $1400 . I was stuck. After the fact I checked around and this repair should have been less than $1000 to fix. I believe that because it was Sunday and my car was trapped in the garage I was taken advantage of. On top of it I’m a senior citizen. I would not recommend Precision. I’m sure they won’t post this.

Very good service. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I called in the morning and had a tech on-site a couple hours later. Sticker shock. It was very expensive. The electric eye (safety feature) and spring was replaced. The spring was a recommendation. I am sure a smaller shop would recommend them, just be prepared $$$$$.

David arrived on time as promised. David explained the job and the cost, he was very professional. He completed the work in a timely manner, and inspected the job with me! I would highly recommend David, and Precision Door for all of your garage door needs!
