Prompt, courteous service with a fully stocked truck and no sales pressure! Precision installed new cables and springs 11 months ago and I was very pleased. I called today with a warranty question and received a rapid response – all covered under warranty! Adam Moore was very pleasant, explained what he saw as the difficulty; quickly and professionally solved the situation. We also discussed replacing my opener. He supplied two estimates; explained the similarities and differences; was gracious when I said I would wait on replacement.
