We recently had our chain motor break on our garage door. When I called Precision, they were efficient in getting us scheduled same day and they were as friendly as always. The tech showed between the designated window and was fantastic. Adam H was an amazing tech. He weighed out the couple options that we had and we ultimately felt comfortable replacing the entire motor. Adam did a quick and effective job with the replacement. Highly recommend both the technician as well as the company.

My garage door wouldn’t open so I needed a repair asap. Technician came 90 mins after I called. Work took approx 1 hour (broken spring and a few minor repairs). He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Garage door repairs are expensive but it was well done with a great warranty.
