I made an on line appointment and the tech arrived at the start of the window appointment time. We reviewed the problem I was encountering, then he completed an inspection and came with several options. We agreed on a price and he went to work within 15 minutes. All work was completed in 2 hours, things work great. Adam was the best!

Something happened to the cable that wouldn’t allow our garage door to close when we left for work in the morning. Called Precision around 7:30 am and they had a technician at the house at 10:00 am. He discovered the cable jumped off the wheel. Nothing was broken. He corrected the issue and re-adjusted the door. Very happy with the quick response and professionalism of the field tech.
