Four years ago, we had Precision install a new door system. The gentleman (Tim) that came to our house reviewed the damaged system and recommended it be replaced. He installed a new door opener. He was very thorough, and we didn’t have an issue until this week. One of the springs had to be replaced. Tim related the fact he remembers us because he was the one that did our first repair. He also reminded us that the system was under warranty. Tim did the repairs and maintenance. He was very friendly and finished the repairs in less than a 1/2 hour. We are very happy with Precisions response and level of service.
