I booked an appointment on-line around 8am. James from Precision called at 9:04am and was at my home by 9:20am. He advised me on the issues with the door and explained several options for repair. Need service on a Saturday, booked online, tech was at my house in under 2 hours. I knew I’d need a new opener, he had everything on his truck that he needed to replace everything, and took the time to show me all the features, and set my new opener up to my WiFi. Tech was very professional, and installed everything in under 3 hours. My original opener was installed by a homeowner, and was not installed correctly, so it was almost like a new installation. Great job, great service! This is the 3rd time I’ve used this company, and they have never disappointed!

Adam was very nice and professional. He knew what the problem was and told us how much it would cost us before doing the work. After he had completed the job he explained what he did and showed us the broken part.

Talk about peace of mind – Kurt from Precision Garage Door just left after completing work on our garage door. It had a very loud screech every time it opened and closed. Pretty sure our neighbors one block over knew when we left the house and when we returned. Indeed it was a form of noise pollution. LOL. Our door will no longer wake them up in the morning or interrupt their TV viewing. (apologies) Seriously though. We are so happy with the repair that was done by Kurt. He performed the work in a quiet and timely fashion, and was meticulous about clean up. He provided an estimate in advance, explained the repair in detail, and found the solution to best work within our budget. Should have called Precision sooner. Repaired the same day we called. Issue was identified and solved within hours. Technician replaced garage door opener in a timely manner. He was friendly, polite and professional. Saw your advertisements on TV and was confirmed with Facebook recommendations. Would recommend to others.

My son recommended Precision when our garage door stopped working 2 years ago. Recently, it stopped working again so I called for help. The technician, David, was there in an hour after my call found the problem & fixed it! He also went above & beyond & paired it with my wi-fi & installed the correct light bulbs!
