My wife saw an ad (Print or television, unsure) and the online reviews were very good. I just wanted somebody to come out to do a garage door “tune-up”. Tim the technician arrived promptly at the promised time, lubricated the mechanism components and definitely made the garage door opening/closing much quieter. I’ll definitely contact Precision again if I need garage door service!
