We had Precision come out and help us design the door we had in mind. the door was ordered and installed a couple weeks later along with a Wi-Fi capable opener. The garage door looks better than we had visioned. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and completed the job on time. He also installed the out door key pad and got everything working.

We were having issues with the open and close of our door. Your technician, Gary, arrived precisely on time and immediately began working. We were pleased that he couldn’t find anything wrong except maybe some grass blocking the lenses and did not charge us for his inconvenience in coming out with nothing to repair. We discussed future potential with Precision and I can say that we are likely to choose this company for any of our Garage door needs.

Two words describe James’s diagnosis and repair service skills: honesty and integrity. We discussed the main reasons I was having issues with my door opening. Solved on the spot. I purchased new rollers to replace the 20+ year old originals. We also addressed how the recently repainted door and new frame trim were the probable cause. No pressure; he left the roller decision entirely up to me.

The tech arrived 90 minutes early. Usually this would be a plus, but both my wife were unavailable until the tech and my wife arrived simultaniously. We were in a frenzy to put the dogs away, get our vehicles parked and engage the tech. WHEW!
