This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door and they did a great job. They scheduled and completed my job the same day even though it was Saturday and my installer (James) did a thorough and quality job. He replaced the springs, rollers, and two brackets with bearings. He explained each component and showed me how they were worn and needed replacing. I feel very confident in the work he performed.

My garage door would not open so I needed to call someone to come check it out. I had seen the precision Garage Door trucks around, and they had a local office, so I decided to call them. I was very, very pleased with the service. The problem was diagnosed, fixed, plus both my doors were lubed and the tech even cleaned off the wood dust (from the garage workshop) from the top of my garage door opener and blow it away out of my garage! He was very polite, helpful and quick – and with a smile. I won’t hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again if I need them.
