While we have not yet decided on whether or not to service our door, the visit to evaluate the door was a no charge visit and the technician was very knowledgeable and a pleeasure to deal with.

We had Precision out here about 5 years ago and they did significant work and got our garage door working well. But we have being having issues with the door closing for the past month or so and had them out again. It just so happens it was the same person from 5 years ago – Tim. That says a lot, knowing that the same person is still with Precision. Tim was great and it only took him about 1-2 minutes to fix the problem and there was no charge. Precision has come out quickly each time and taken care of the problem. I would recommend them to others.
