We had a fantastic experience with Precision when our garage door spring unexpectedly broke after just 5 years. I was surprised it failed so soon, but Precision responded quickly and professionally. The technician clearly explained our options and offered an upgrade to a heavy-duty spring system with a much higher cycle rating and a 7-year warranty. While the upgraded system was a bit more expensive, it was a no-brainer given the long-term reliability and peace of mind it offers. The installation was smooth, and the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Precision Door was very responsive with a technician arriving a couple hours after my phone call. To be honest I probably would’ve taken the free quote and shopped it around BUT the technician Joe M. was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable and he won my confidence in him and his company. Joe replaced the Liftmaster (with belt/track) and set-up the new remote to operate the other two openers in the same garage. Precision Garage Door of Columbus just secured my future business not just for opener service but also my annual maintenance of tracks, lubricants and rollers. Thanks again Joe!

Mike their service representative was courteous and professional and was able to fix the problem with my garage door.
