Very prompt and nice. We were told he would be here between 10-12 and it was just a little after 10 when he arrived. He even pulled our garbage can up from the curb!

Jim called ahead of the scheduled visit to provide an estimated arrival time and was not late. He surveyed the door, springs, wires, etc. and we discussed what happed with the door. Jim was very courteous in his explanation of what required fixed, estimated the costs and worked diligently until complete. Afterward we discussed installation costs and process for entire new door since one fixed is 17yrs old. Very happy with the company, employees and email communication pre/post to appointment.
