Prompt, courteous service really stood out. Along with routine maintenance (lubrication and inspection), there were some bolts that needed replacing or were missing. The service call was $55 and the maintenance, which took about an hour, was $99. Could have easily given 5 stars if total cost had been lower; don’t know what other companies charge.

Garage door wasn’t closing properly. Approx 4 years ago I had springs replaced (due to broken spring)as well as complete overhaul. Back then I thought maybe I overpaid but did receive guaranty for parts and labor Tech was on time very courteous, knew what he was doing and overall was great experience. My only concern was that warranty said parts and labor and was a little surprized I had to pay for service call.
