The springs on my garage door broke late on a Sunday evening. My garage door was stuck in the down position with my car trapped inside. I am a physician and needed my car to get to my medical practice for my Monday morning clinic. Jim came quickly that very evening, and fixed the problem efficiently. The bill was reasonable and affordable. Sears did not even bother to answer their phone or return my call.
