We had a garage door problem on Sat. evening…..We needed to get the car out. Who do you call on the weekend??? My neighbor suggested Precision. I went on line and looked–24 hour service at no extra charge! The technician came out Sunday morning on time. Gave us a diagnosis and suggest an overhaul for less. He was great, finished earlier than expected, and gave us very good tips. The service was not cheap—-but very good.

I was very pleased. John arrived within an hour of my call, and quickly assessed that the spring had broken. Further, as he investigated he found that the center bearing was out-of-code. He had all the parts on the truck, and quickly repaired the door. He also gave some good maintenance advice. VERY happy.
