Technician arrived on time and as promised, was completely polite and professional, explained recommendations and fixed our door. On a Sunday afternoon. We could not have asked for better service.

I got off work at 2 pm, then at 3 pm my garage door spring broke and my truck was trapped in the garage ! I had to be back to work at 2 am,Precision said they would be here at 8 pm,and to my surprise they were here at 6 pm. They did a fine job on the garage door spring and I was on my way to work again.

My Technicians name was Eric Jayjohn he was most knowledgeable and courteous. His appearance was Excellent He was prompt to the appointment. We were very satisfied with his quality of work, services rendered, and the overall experience. I would recommend this company and Eric to anyone requiring this type of service. Great Job Eric

Precision was chosen from online add. It seemed to meet my requirements (quick service). I had both torsion springs replaced as the right one had broken. The Technician was John Manning. His professional appearance and demeanor was in keeping with great customer service. His knowledge and abilities are a credit to your company. I truly believe I received good value for my money.

The cable on my garage door broke on Friday. I called Precision Door Service Friday evening. A service man arrived Saturday early afternoon. He examined the damage and gave me an estimated cost for the work. Service rate for weekend work is the same as weekdays. He did not tried to sell me anything extra. The work was completed in a couple of hours. We were very happy with their service. Highly recommended!!!!

Tim, our Technician, gave us a courtesey call, and was EARLY, went over the work he was going to do, gave us options, and performed the task promptly, and kept a clean work area. SO HAPPY. I already recommended Precision on to two neighbors. Very Happy and would strongly recommend!
