    Dear Owners and Staff of Precision Columbus, Thank you for your speedy response and exceptional diagnosis and repair of our garage door mechanism that holds the opener to studs in the garage ceiling. Your installer/technician (I don’t know his title) was efficient, very careful, thorough and competent as well as a good PR person for the company. I believe his name was John. Thank you also for crediting the $161.50 charge in full due to the problem being caused by mistakes at the original installation. Our hats are off to you for handling everything so quickly, completely and graciously. And I will be happy to add to your A+ rating at Angie’s List with a glorious report.
