Eric showed up on time and after examining the door and the opener, explained exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. He worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Was visiting my sons new home when his door opener broke. I had no idea who to call as we are from out of town. By luck I chose you from the yellow page ad. The girl who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and got me scheduled the next day. Technician–Eric-was right on time and explained what needs to be done. Door mechanism first needed fixed then I opted to get 2 new openers installed. All work was explained and done in a very timely and professional manner.
