Six years ago I moved into a new home development and it appears like the contractor, MI homes, had a contract to install Wayne Dalton garages. Unfortunately, when the parts malfunction, service can only be provided by the contractor who installed the Wayne Dalton products. I called the company who installed my garage and received a voice message requesting me to leave information and someone would return my call. Since I needed service and strongly disagree with the monopoly game between MI and the contractor who installed Wayne Dalton products, I searched the internet and read the reviews of Precision and decided to call. I agree that the service is prompt and professional but I definitely paid for it. To replace a broken spring cost me $569.95 and this was with discounts. The technician informed me that the parts I had were cheap and Precision parts were of better quality. Unfortunately I found out that I could have received the same parts a lot cheaper. I think you are doing an excellent job in selling your service but your prices are high. Also after reading the comments on the web, someone mentioned that they had a life warranty on their springs that they purchased in 2005. I received a 5 years warranty. I think the cost would be justified if I had received a life warranty. Thanks for the opportunity to express my opinion.

I called at 930 on a Saturday and by 1130 my door was done. Great technician and easy to work with. Very convienient payment options and would recommend to anyone with a garage door problem. Will be my first call in the future.
