Definitely a 5 star rating. Gary did a great job and his response time was great too. He took the time to do the job right and inspected everything for proper operation. Had used Precision in early 2006 and will surely use them again.

The part of your website that struck me was no additional charge for evenings or weekends. Eric came out to my home and he was great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. I had the problem of my garage door opening and closing all by itself, different times during the day. He did everything he could that may have been creating this problem. I have already recommended Eric and Precision to my neighbors. And I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

5 stars When I called for garage door servicing, the agent I spoke with was friendly and quickly set up an appointment for servicing. Your representative, Tom, was professional and friendly, and he kept me informed about the repair services he was performing. Everything was done in a timely fashion.

I called this morning around 8:30 and Gregg was here about an hour later. He was professional and explained the pricing up front and took the time to explain the work performed when he was finished. He also provided recommendations on other areas to keep an eye on. We just needed a cable re-attached, so this was not a major installation or repair. However he did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend Precision Door.
