Had Gregg install a new opener today as mine was no longer working. He did a great job and I asked for him when I called Precision yesterday..He replaced my springs two years ago and I was impressed with his expertise and quality and his personality. Only disappointment was that I only received a $15.00 discount on this job and thought it would be much more.

My old garage door opener broke late on a Saturday night and I didn’t know who to call. After a little research online I found Precision and called them Sunday morning. I was greeted on the phone with a friendly voice and set up a time window of 12pm to 2pm for the tech to come to my home. I received a confirmation email with a pic of The tech. Gary showed up on time and got right to work. My garage door was binding up and caused the opener to break. Gary installed a new opener and adjusted and lubed everything and it opens and closes so smooth now. It’s also very quiet compared to the old unit. I was very impressed with Precision and so happy to get professional service even on a Sunday. I would refer them to anyone needing door or opener repairs. Thanks Precision!

Service guy was on time and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the name & picture of the technician before his arrival. He took time to inspect the door for other issues other than the obvious broken tension spring, and explained what would be best before performing the service as well as provided the price. Service was fast and satisfactory. Too bad I forgot to provide the $30 off coupon I printed off the website. Thanks for the great service.

I would like to say it is refreshing to work with such a great company for a change. Many companies barely give you the right time of day before and after selling you their products, but my experience with Precision Door Service and especially with Gary, our installer, was fantastic. The company was very timely in their estimate responses, meeting our requested installation date and providing an expert installation technician. The new door looks fantastic and is much quieter. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Columbus, OH area!

Tom was great! Was here within 2 hours of us calling when Buckeye Doors failed to show! He finished quickly and the price was very fair. Would definitely recommend Precision to others!
