Our garage door has never worked this well. Found out that some of the previously replaced parts were not the right ones which caused more problems. The technician was very polite and knew what he was doing! He explained and showed me everything that he was going to do and why it was necessary. It was a rather costly repair but was well worth it. I feel safe with the door working as it does now.

Repairman (Tom) did a nice job repairing a really screwed up overhead garage door. He was friendly, polite and efficient and took the time to point out the problems he found and corrected. Will definitely be a return customer if needed in the future!

Eric was very proffessional and explained not only the current problem but how the continued use of the opener with the broken spring had worn other parts. He gave the opener a total service, letting me make the call on what items were replaced.

Tom did a fantastic job. Quick, easy. I appreciate that he was on time as my husband is in a rehab center. He was polite, kind and explained all the things I needed to know. It was so nice to have someone who was very nice and did his work efficiently.
