There’s no question about two things: your service is amazing and your prices reflect it. I guess that’s fair. The whole experience was great, except for the quote and bill. From the website appointment to the photos of technicians to the manner of your telephone staff, you can’t be beat. Next time I might shop around, but if I want superior service, I’ll go to you every time.

Today was the first time I have used Precision Door. The garage door spring had broken and I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. I called Precision Door and the person who answers the phone was very nice and helpful. The technician Greg was here actually before the scheduled time which was great he called about 15 minutes before to make sure he could come out early. He was efficient and very nice. I definitely continue to use Precision Door for my garage door needs and recommend them to anyone who needs garage door service.

Your tech was was friendly and very professional. He explained what the problem was and fixed it. The door is operating a lot better than before and is a great deal quieter.

5 star service. Our garage door broke (cables) on Sunday evening. We were very concerned about being unable to get the cars out Monday morning. Called Precision about 6:30pm. Tim (great guy) arrived at 8pm as scheduled. He replaced the broken cables and adjusted the door at what I thought was a fair price. Outstanding service and highly recommended.

I would recommend Precision to anyone who is looking for fast, efficient Garage Door Repair. Gary was on time (early) and explained everything he needed to do in a professional and friendly manner.

I called Precision Door because our door and opener needed to be replaced due to an accident. I made the call at about 7:00 in the morning, and the person on the phone was extremely pleasant, and was able to get Gregg out there in just over an hour! (Wow!) The weather was brutally cold that day; however, Gregg came out and looked everything over, and was able to get the door down (by himself!) so that our house was secure. The new door and opener were installed two days later (again, in the cold). Gregg was on time both times and did excellent work. We are very pleased with Precision Door, and will recommend them to our neighbors if they ever need service.

No fuss, no muss. He showed on time, replaced my springs and weather strip, lubed my moving parts, swiped my card, and left. Nice guy but I thought he’d bring Maya with him. Not avail. Thanks Gary!

I chose this company by reading the information on their website. They were able to give me an appointment for the same day (it was actually within an hour and a half from when I called!). The Technician was excellent. He explained what he would be checking, how he could fix my situation and gave me a dollar estimate. The work was done and I was on my way in no time. A very positive experience.

The service was great. It was same day service; tech(Tom) had everything he needed do the repair and didn’t take a lot time to complete.
