5 out of 5. The install went very well, John was a professional and explained many questions I had along with having a great personality. Many times when people have an appointment between 5 PM and 7 PM at a strangers house they show up with an attitude or try to rush, John did neither of these two. Great service, the product seems to be working without error and I am pleased with my purchase.

I chose Precision from the phone book. I was very satisfied with my encounter with precision. They went out of their way to service my garage on very short notice. I was also impressed by the professionalism, and the email to alert me to which service person I could expect.

Eric was a total professional. Explained everything in easy-to-understand language. So happy that he was able to make fixes and adjustments to a door and opener that was pretty-much untouched over the last years from myself & previous owner.

Had a great experience with your company. Garage door spring broke last night so I looked you guys up on the internet made the appointment and the service was great. Appointment was set between 8-10am and John was here on the dot at 8am. He looked at the issue ,explained my options, the scope of work, and immediately started. Very professional and friendly.
