Today is Saturday, March 28th. We opened the garage door with the opener like normal, but heard a load bang. The spring had broken. The door is a very heavy wooden door and it was all my wife and I could do to open it from the inside. I’m sure that we could not have opened it from outside with no handles. I called around to several door companies that I had dealt with in the past, but no one was open. I called Precision and was told that John would be out within 2 1/2 hours. John came in about 45 minutes and repairs were made within about 1 hour. I could not be happier with their service. I would highly rate them and will use them again when I replace these wooden doors. Excellent service!
