I called this morning, and John was at our door at the scheduled time, very polite and personable. He quickly discovered the problem with the opener. He explained exactly what needed to be done, and did it. The door works perfectly now. We will definitely call Precision whenever we have a problem with out garage door, and will be glad to see John again, because we know he knows what he is doing, and will do a great job. 5 stars for sure!

This was an emergency call that was handled very quickly. Eric was the technician. He took the time to go over the whole garage door system (17 years old) and advise us as to what really needed to be repair. I highly recommend Precision and Eric.
