He was very patient with me and explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. He took care of everything and when he left, I had peace of mind that my garage door would work very well for years.

Tom explained what was causing the door to shift and he corrected the problem in less than an hour due to his skill and experience. He was personable, courteous and he left no mess. It was a pleasure to have a knowledgeable service tech with an obvious passion for his job. He took the time to offer several alternatives to address the problem which was a damaged garage door. And he even took the time to provide a temporary fix. We are looking forward to the installation of our new garage doors.

Eric arrived earlier than scheduled, which was very much appreciated, but called first. It was a routine spring repair, but he carefully inspected all components and explained what might need attention in the future; didn’t push any unnecessary work. Very upfront with the cost estimate and preformed the work quickly. Great experience! I’d use the company again.
