John was the technician and he was great. He called and arrived early. He was efficient and made the required repairs in as little time as possible. I was especially pleased that service was available on a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend this company and this technician to everyone.

Gregg was the service man who came to repair and replace my broken spring. He did a great job and answered all my questions. I was very pleased.

We are so pleased we chose Precision Door Service ! Tom was the nicest guy that fixed our problem. He was very polite and informed us about the problem and what needed to be fixed to make the door work ! It is so good now and goes up and down very quietly. The problem was the door would not go up and down . We looked in the yellow pages and saw your add. The service 24/7 and weekend appointments caught our eye. We needed it fix as soon as possible so we could get out of the garage to meet our daughter and family for a Father’s Day Brunch ! Again, Tom was a very good worker and you should be glad he is an employee for you as he gives the customer good service ! We would call Precision again if needed and recommend Precision to anyone. Very pleased with service gentlemen was friendly and got job done . Used them in 2008 and again today. One of the duel springs broke . Called at 6:30 am this morning. Was given a 10:00-12 noon window for service. They came early did spring replacement and gone by 10:00 am . Thank you very pleased.
